Clean Nature Solutions S.L. founded in Los Llanos de Aridane, Canary Islands, Spain

Los Llanos de Aridane, May 19, 2011

After nearly a year of the voluntary cooperation of our team, in an attempt to place our environmentally friendly product line for oil remediation with the rescue teams of the "Deepwater Horizon" in the Gulf of Mexico, we have decided to bring our working name "Clean Nature Solutions" into a legal form.

This decision was made by partners Geoff Daly, David Hauser, Karl Friedrich Flemming and Lalitha von Flemming, to extend the possibilities of financing and for a minimization of liability risks. The incorporating became necessary to set a legal basis for patents and licensing contracts for our international sales and marketing team, and to provide our potential customers with a central contact address.

After careful consideration of various sites in America and Europe, we have decided agreed on the Canary Island La Palma. The decisive factor was the central location between Africa, America, Europe and the Middle East, all of which can be reached very quickly in case of an oil spill.

The Government and people of La Palma favor, for quite some time, an ecologically oriented policy. For several years, the conversion of the island to 100% sustainable energy supply is in the planning. Generally, environmentally friendly projects are supported and encouraged.

Clean Nature Solutions S.L. was founded on 19 May 2011 in Los Llanos de Aridane.
